Do you supply the alcohol?

For all staffed packages, you supply the alcohol and we take care of the rest. We’re happy to help you plan quantities and build a custom cocktail menu so nothing feels overwhelming.

Event Requirements

Miss Rosé requires vehicle access for delivery and a relatively level setup space. We’ll confirm all access details with you in advance to ensure a smooth arrival and setup.

Power requirements vary by event — we’ll go over what’s needed during planning and confirm everything ahead of time.

Guest Counts & Timing

Our packages are designed to scale with your guest list and event timeline. Final numbers and service hours are confirmed prior to your event.

How far in advance should we book?

As early as possible is always best — especially during wedding and summer event season. That said, if your date is coming up quickly, reach out anyway and we’ll see what we can do.

What do you need for setup?

We need vehicle access for delivery and a relatively level space for setup. Power requirements vary by event, and we’ll confirm all logistics with you ahead of time so there are no surprises.

How long is bar service?

Service time is tailored to your event and confirmed during booking. If your party runs a little long, extended service is sometimes available — just ask!

What happens if it rains?

We love an outdoor celebration, but Mother Nature sometimes has other plans. We’ll work with you on a weather-friendly setup to keep things flowing rain or shine.

Do you provide glassware?

Glassware options can be added depending on your package and event needs. We’ll walk you through the best option for your guest count and style.

Is a deposit required?

Yes — a deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due closer to your event. Full payment details are outlined in your booking agreement.

Can you create a custom cocktail menu?

Absolutely. This is one of our favourite parts. We love creating signature cocktails that reflect your style, theme, or even your love story.

Do you handle liquor licensing and permits?

Licensing requirements vary by location. We’ll guide you through what’s needed and help point you in the right direction.

Do you travel outside your main service area?

Yes! Travel outside our core service area may include an additional fee, but we’re always happy to explore new celebration spots with you.

What if our guest count changes?

No stress — we understand that guest lists evolve. Final numbers are confirmed prior to your event so we can plan appropriately.

Is tipping expected?

Tipping is always appreciated but never expected. Our goal is to deliver great service no matter what.
